Extract CountPilot
Download the ZIP and extract the CountPilot folder to the local location where you want to run it.
Start CountPilot
Open Start_CountPilot_Windows.bat on Windows or Start_CountPilot_macOS.command on macOS.
On first launch, accept the evaluation terms and create your administrator PIN.
Designed primarily for Windows 11 and macOS. Technically compatible with Linux and Raspberry Pi OS.

What does CountPilot cost after the evaluation?
Choose an annual license with ongoing updates or a perpetual license. Both include the complete CountPilot feature set. There are no per-user or per-entry fees.
ANNUAL LICENSE
Updates and support included.

when the license agreement is completed by December 31, 2026. From the second license year, the current regular annual price of €490 net applies.

What happens after the download?
CountPilot is not installed in a vendor cloud. You extract the ZIP on your computer and run the application locally. Use the included interface straight away or configure it around your own workflows.
AFTER 30 DAYS
No automatic switch to a paid license.
Your data remains available. For continued production use, choose a separate CountPilot license. No payment is taken automatically, and the evaluation does not create a subscription.
